INTERIOR
Entry to Villa Iliana is to the top floor of this high quality villa with a spacious open-plan room which comprises the sitting room, dining room and kitchen with high wood-beamed ceilings and dark hardwood floors. A corner sofa faces toward the fireplace and out to the amazing sea views afforded by the villa’s location. The modern kitchen includes a microwave oven and dishwasher with extra counter space on a kitchen island.
All the rooms are full of light from the many windows and doors leading to the spacious balcony which overlooks the pool and wraps around the front of the villa from which to enjoy the stunning sea views. The kitchen is conveniently located close to the outdoor dining table for easy serving of meals.
Stairs lead down from the main floor to the lower level of the villa. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite wc/shower room as well as French windows leading out to the swimming pool. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and share a w/c shower room. There is also a shared access to the pool area from these two bedrooms.
EXTERIOR
The fabulous views and beautiful gardens make for a perfect relaxing atmosphere at Villa Iliana. The house sits on two landscaped levels with grassy areas and flower beds. The terrace on the upper level has a full dining table and built-in BBQ which again enjoys stunning views of the olive groves and the sea. The private swimming pool is on the lower level with plenty of sun beds for all.
