Agia Paraskevi Church

A small stone church with a beautiful garden in a village of the same name. Location: bus stop #15. The name comes from the homonymous church lost literally under the shadow of the branches of gigantic old growth trees and tall poplars near the sea.

Every year, on the Day of St. Paraskevi (July 27), a big celebration is held in the churchyard, with dances, delicious food and local wine. If you stay on Skiathos at this time, don’t miss the celebration.
